She also started making a wide variety of wines, each bottle a tribute to the rich terroir of Burgundy, from crisp Chardonnays to powerful Pinot Noirs.

Chablis 1er Cru Vaucoupin
The 27 hectares of Vaucoupin’s vines are situated in the commune of Chichée on the Serein River’s right bank.
Regarding the past, the vineyard’s actual construction may have been referenced in the name Vaucoupin. It could indicate that the valley was formerly covered with woods that were divided among multiple owners or chopped down one at a time. It could also be a reference to Coupin, the previous owner.
